Vice President/ Managing Principal/ National 1st Class Registered Architect

Mr. Zhong is in addition to leading the architectural team and project management process, he is also responsible for developing and managing client relationships from initial contact through the entire project execution process. With nearly twenty years of valuable design and management experience in international design firms focusing on landmark retail and mixed-use projects developed by leading developers in China.  His extensive complex mixed-use project experiences provide him with the sensibility in a good balance between market commercial value and design excellence. Meanwhile, his sold built project experiences enable him to anticipate and to manage issues involving complex technical and governmental approval process, to assure successful project implementation.

Mr Truman is a graduate of Tongji University. He obtained the national first-class registered architect qualification in 2009.
